By creating a Bizai account you agree to these terms. If you use Bizai for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.

The service

Bizai is a practical advisory service for small businesses. Advice is general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. You remain responsible for decisions about your business, website and marketing.

Accounts and plans

You must keep your login safe. Paid plans are billed by Stripe on the interval you choose. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Message and report limits reset each billing month.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service to harm others, break the law, scrape the service, or try to break into accounts that aren't yours.

Content

You own the business information you upload. We need a licence to host it and to draft replies. Drafts may look similar for different customers; you should review them before publishing.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by UK law we are not liable for lost profits or indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
