Ten questions

About the business

The quote goes quiet after they get in touch.

We will find what is holding the business back, then build the right thing.

How it helps

What you leave with

Ten questions. A plan for the business.

Your answers

Ten questions about how you win work, where it stalls, and what is costing time or trust.

What is in the way

A plain result. The first change with the biggest effect on the business.

The plan

What would change first, and why. You can accept it or ask a question. Nothing is built until you agree.

The work, with you

If you go ahead, a private page shows the first piece of work as it comes together.

Answer the ten questions

No account yet. Ten questions. Then you see what should change first.

What we look at

How the business wins work, and where that work is lost.

We start with the business. Then we name the change that would help it grow.

How customers find you

Where the good enquiries come from, and why some of them never turn into work.

What a stranger understands

The first thing someone sees. What you do, who it is for, and how to start.

Where the money leaks

Quotes, bookings, and getting paid. Busy and profitable are not the same thing.

The work that eats the week

The admin that pulls you off the job. We say what should be simpler.

How it helps

Here is how BIZAI helped

Illustrative examples. Not real clients or reviews.

A market stall

BIZAI worked out what was holding a quiet weekday back, then built a clear public face: what is sold, where to find the stall, and one way to get in touch.

A tradesperson

BIZAI named the step where an enquiry went quiet, then built a page a stranger could understand and a straightforward way to ask for the work.

A local shop

BIZAI set out who the shop is for and the first change that would help, then built that change and left the rest until it was agreed.

What can change

The change follows the business.

The same first conversation whether you are just opening or you have been at it for years. The plan follows your answers.

The public face

Premium web design

For a business that needs to be understood. Starting out, or already known to the people who already call.

  • A mobile-first site in plain words
  • Who it is for, and how to start
  • Proof, reviews, and one clear enquiry
  • Written so a stranger understands the business
  • The first change, when that is what the answers need

Where most businesses land

The usual next step

The path to getting paid

For a business where the enquiry arrives and then dies — in a notebook, a late reply, or a guess at the price.

  • Everything in the public face
  • A quote or a booking they can trust
  • Follow-up that does not rely on memory
  • A simple private view of enquiries
  • The step that is currently losing the work

Only when the work asks for it

A system that runs the work

For a business that needs the work itself priced, recorded, and paid for — not only a page about the work. A quote from the quantities, a private record, payment, and a picture of the job, only where the answers ask for them. Most businesses do not need this. The questions say so.

  • Pricing the job, in their trade
  • A private sheet the office can live with
  • Payments, when the job needs them
  • A picture of the work, when it earns its place
  • Built in phases, never all at once

The questions decide the shape. You see a plan before anything is built. The price is for that change, not a menu on this page.

Work

Two sites, live.

QuoteShow and GravelGreen are finished and on the web. Each one was built for what that business needed. Your plan is still written from your answers.

Live

QuoteShow

What they needed

A London homeowner needed a measured range for a job before a trade came to the door, and a way to choose who could quote.

What BIZAI built

  • A free guide from the trade, the postcode and a short description. No account is needed for that guide. The result is a range.
  • An optional measured pack: items, quantities, rates, labour and materials.
  • The job can be posted. One firm is recommended, and the homeowner picks two more. Papers are on file before a trade can quote.
  • The homeowner chooses who can call. The site takes nothing from the sale of the work.

GravelGreen

What they needed

A London landscaper needed a public site for the work, and a quote that starts from the house.

What BIZAI built

  • Fencing, paving, drainage, walls, driveways and artificial grass, for London and Greater London.
  • A London postcode first, then the garden measured from the back of the house to the back fence.
  • A quote pack on the page, with the quantities for the jobs chosen.
  • Finished gardens are shown on the site, with phone, WhatsApp and email for the next step.
