Bizai (“we”) helps small businesses from bizai.solutions. This policy explains what we collect and why, in plain English.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, and sign-in provider (email or Google).
• Business profile: the answers you give in onboarding and settings.
• Usage: chats, website reports, generated content, and plan limits.
• Billing: handled by Stripe. We store customer and subscription IDs, not card numbers.

How we use it

To run your account, remember your business, enforce plan limits, send essential email (welcome, billing), and improve the product. We do not sell your data.

How replies are drafted

Notes you send us may be processed with our drafting tools so we can answer quickly. Do not paste bank details, passwords, or anyone else's private information.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data from Settings, or email privacy@bizai.solutions. You may also complain to the ICO.
